Journify, the one-stop lifestyle digital platform is set to redefine their customers' experience with the introduction of its newly enhanced e-commerce platform and the launch of its new mobile app on iOS and Android.
The digital one-stop centre aims for a highly personalised travel experience solution for Malaysian travellers.
The app enables consumers to discover, plan and shop with the best experience as everything they need is offered anytime, anywhere through user-friendly functionalities, straightforward navigation, and product categorisation.
Malaysia Aviation Group chief executive officer, Captain Izham stated that they aim to make Journify the handbook for every traveller in and to Malaysia where this robust and engaging platform will benefit both merchants and consumers and reinforces the Group's commitment to meeting travellers' needs beyond flying.
"This also signifies our seriousness in building agility and robustness in our operations to better serve our digitally savvy customers.
"We believe that the introduction of Journify is timely to complement the recent announcement on border reopening, with more and more customers opting for digital tools to plan for their revenge travel and socialising in the new normal,” he said in a statement.
In addition, Journify is focusing on merchants related to travel lifestyle and locally developed products and services as seen from their ‘Local Favourites’ section featuring homegrown companies and products and their collaboration with Karyaneka to promote local artisans.
"We are actively seeking out partnerships and inviting more merchants in various areas of the travel sector to take full advantage of the platform.
"At the same time, we are also working closely with various state tourism boards to promote more places and hidden gems in Malaysia, to reinvigorate the travel sector all the while supporting local businesses in this endemic phase and contributing to the turnaround of the country's economy,” he added.
Journify also offers a first of its kind flagship service called Journify2U at KL International Airport, that allows customers to purchase items on the Journify web/app and have it delivered to them at the boarding hall.
A full-scale brand campaign, called ‘One app. Endless Journeys’ has also been launched as it features a cat donning the Journify pendant that takes customers around for a journey to experience the ultimate travel experience in the country.
