SHAH ALAM - Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil has been with the party a little over a decade but is often known as one of PKR's most promising leaders.
His candour and witty personality have landed him the position as the party's communication director, often at the frontlines, to set things straight to the public on his party's stance.
However, in the bigger picture, Fahmi is among a generation of youth that entered the party in the years following the "reformasi" movement that started in 1998.
While many often tout personalities such as Permatang Pauh MP Nurul Izzah Anwar and former Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli to lead the party in the near future, Fahmi explains that there are many other talented young and not-so-young leaders within the party.
For one, he is excited to see the next batch of party leaders rising through the ranks and taking the fight to their political enemies.
When asked where he sees himself among huge personalities like Nurul Izzah and Rafizi, Fahmi simply replies that he hopes to have the opportunity to be among those who would spearhead the party.
